Led by our Head Professional, Joe Froggatt and supported by Senior Assistant Professional, Holly Morgan, and Assistant Professional, Joshua Morley, our team are highly regarded in the South Yorkshire area for their coaching abilities.

Now, with the added flexibility of being able to coach year-round in our state-of-the-art Trackman indoor golf studio, as well as outdoors and on the golf course,

Joe’s coaching ethos is to provide a simple and easy to understand approach to every aspect of the game.

The key strength of Joe’s coaching is his skill in communicating his instruction effectively to ensure that his students get the maximum benefit from the time they spend with him. This is backed up by his popularity amongst his pupils and sees him running a busy coaching schedule.

Joe uses the number one diagnostic tool in golf, Trackman, to provide feedback to his students that they can then use to practice efficiently between lessons and accelerate their improvement.

Junior Coaching

Junior coaching at Hallamshire is a key focus for the club and for the professional team.

Co-ordinated by our PGA Assistant Professional, Josh Morley, assisted by Holly Morgan, the club runs weekly group coaching sessions for junior golfers from the age of 5 upwards which have been a great success.

The aim of the sessions is to provide an engaging and informative environment to introduce children to Golf in a safe and fun environment.

All of our coaches are DBS and Safeguarding certificated.
